Mike & Diane are on vacation!  Diane's Celebrity Dirt will return on Monday, March 22. 

The Top 8 guys performed last night on American Idol.  Michael Lynche ("Big Mike") stole the spotlight as he closed the show with a moving performance of "This Woman's Work"  that brought judge Kara DioGuardi to tears.  The Top 12 will be revealed on tonight's results show after two girls and 2 guys are voted off the show.  Next week's theme will be Rolling Stones songs. 

Brooke Burke will take over for Samantha Harris as co-host of "Dancing With the Stars" when the new season premieres on March 22 on ABC.  Brooke is a former "DWTS" champion, and she beat out a few high profile ladies who auditioned for the job, including Spice Girl Mel B.

The top 10 men took the stage last night on "American Idol" instead of the ladies.  The change was made due to a medical issue.  Crystal Bowersox was hospitalized and some sources are saying it was due to complications from diabetes.  Crystal will reportedly perform tonight along with the rest of the ladies.  I hope she's feeling better!  Meanwhile, the guys stepped it up last night.  The judges said most of the top 10 greatly improved from last week.  I hope the same thing happens tonight with the girls.

It came down to Tenley (pictured left) and Vienna (right) on last night's season finale of "The Bachelor."  Jake shocked everyone and popped the question to Vienna, the most controversial woman of the season.  They do have chemistry and seemed really happy on the "After the Rose" special, so we'll see if it lasts.  Jake said Vienna will be in the audience rooting for him as he competes on "Dancing with the Stars."
