Overview

The Trump Taj Mahal in conjunction with Equity Communications (95.1 WAYV) is conducting a promotional contest eight (8) winners will receive a seven (7) night stay at the Trump Taj Mahal, a two-bedroom beachfront Grand Suite (3133 and 3134) inside the Taj Tower, with (2) queen size beds and (1) one king size bed, 4 Steel Pier Ride Tickets and 4 Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy vouchers.

Equity Communications, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“Company”) will conduct the contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

To Qualify As A Contestant 

Contestants must meet the following requirements.

·   Must be 21 years of age or older, proof of age and valid driver’s license or state issued ID required at receipt of letter and check into hotel

How to enter

Must be the correct caller on either of the request lines (609-484-WAYV or 609-370-WAYV) when prompted to call between 6am-7pm, Monday-Friday, and considered a “winner” by on air DJ who will take winner’s name, phone number and email address. No purchase necessary.

How to Win

Be the correct caller as deemed so by the active DJ on air. One winner per solicitation only. PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE IN THE 95.1 WAYV WINNER’S NAME ONLY. Please bring copy of winner letter with you to the hotel registration desk at the Trump Taj Mahal on check in date. Must be 21 years or older to win. Not redeemable for cash/non-transferrable. Good only for the dates outlined. No late check-out or early check in opportunities available. Guest must provide provide credit card upon check in for incidentals and $5.00 per day tourism tax. • 6 Bud Light bottles to be delivered to Suite number 3133  and 3134 (paid for by station through room service)      

Total Approximate Value of Package: $3,050.00

Restrictions/Requirements/Conditions/Disqualifications

• Employees of Equity Communications, Trump properties, Steel Pier or other participating sponsors, their agencies, agents, assigns, clients and immediate families are not eligible to enter.  The term immediate family includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s) adoption, co-habitation or other family extension and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

• One winner per household. Must be 21 years old to win.

• Must use prize on assigned dates only by picking up official prize letter at station offices: 8025 Black Horse Pike, West Atlantic City, NJ 08232 during normal business hours, Monday -  Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

• Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and not exchangeable for any other prize. Prize must be redeemed and used by date specified on winner letter. A signed copy of official contest rules and hold harmless is required before prize can be scheduled. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Equity Communications reserves the right to determine an alternate winner.

Taxes/Fees/Other Expenses

All federal, state and/or local laws, rules and regulations apply.  Winner may be required to sign Company release and disclaimer forms in addition to Federal Tax Form W9.  Once accepted, prizes cannot be revoked/returned by winner to avoid tax obligation. Some or all taxes, fees and personal purchases may not be included and, as such, are the responsibility of the winner and can not be credited for cash value.

Other Conditions/Restrictions

Release

By participating in this promotional contest each participant agrees to release and hold Company, and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of Company its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the promotional contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize including but without limitation (to the extent permitted by law), personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based upon publicity rights, defamation or invasion of property.

Rights of Use

Company has all legal rights in the submitted entries, including but not limited to all trademark, copyright, patent or other intellectual property rights.  Submission of any entry gives Company the right to modify, edit, publish or otherwise change or exploit the images, contained in any and all related materials in any manner whatsoever. By participating, all participants and winner(s) grand Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

Conduct and Decisions

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel.  Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.  Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited.  The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.  If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate.  All decisions will be made by the Company and are final.  The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.  ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
