Mariah Carey will be in New York City on Thursday to perform at the opening of One World Observatory, according to the New York Post. Sources tell the newspaper that the 45-year-old diva will sing her latest single “Infinity” at a gala to mark the opening of the 1 World Trade Center Observatory, located 1,300 feet above street level. The observatory will open to the public Friday. Carey finished the first leg of her Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace last Sunday. The second leg will kick off in July.
